Files you submit

PrintPoint lets you share files with the print shop and station you intentionally opened. You do not need to provide a name, phone number, email address, or customer account for the MVP workflow.

How files are used

Authorized staff at that print shop may preview, download, or open files for browser printing only to complete your request. Files are kept in private storage and are accessed through short-lived links.

Automatic deletion

Files are scheduled for permanent deletion 24 hours after an order is marked completed. Operational metadata, such as order number, station, print choices, price estimate, status, and timestamps, may remain.

Infrastructure

Storage location and service-provider details will reflect the production Supabase configuration. PrintPoint does not claim that files are stored in Kuwait unless the selected infrastructure guarantees it.

Questions about a submitted order should be directed to the print shop handling it.
